About this site

What this site is, who operates it, how its facts and planning windows are produced, and how personal data is handled.

An independent guide, not an official site

studychina.co explains how international students apply for master's and doctoral study in mainland China. It is not run by, and has no connection with, the Ministry of Education, the China Scholarship Council, Campus China or any university. You cannot submit an application here, and nothing on the site is an offer of admission or of a scholarship.

Facts and planning windows are kept apart

Statements about rules come from published official texts and name the article or section they rely on. The texts were last read on 11 October 2026. The timeline tool is different: its windows are planning suggestions arranged around those rules. They are not deadlines. Opening and closing dates are set by each university in its admissions brochure and by each scholarship body in its notice, and those dates are what count.

The site does not publish admission or award rates, does not rank universities or agents, and does not promise any result.

Who operates it

The site is operated by UNILINK EDUCATION PTY. LTD, an education consultancy with operating entities in Australia, China and the United Kingdom.

Privacy

The timeline tool runs in your browser. The start month and other choices you make are not sent anywhere or stored. The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs and aggregate visit statistics that do not identify individual visitors. If a question box is offered on a page and you use it, what you type is processed to answer you and, if you ask for it, to let an adviser follow up. Do not enter passport or identity document numbers.

Corrections

Where a page here differs from the current official text or from a university's own brochure, the official text and the brochure are right.
